Frank Slide Interpretive Centre Guest Book Cache
This OpenCaching North America Guest Book Cache is located inside the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre:
Box 959, Blairmore, Crowsnest Pass, Alberta T0K 0E0There is no fee to park at the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre or to access the guestbook. You may enter the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre, sign the guestbook, use the washrooms, and visit the gift shop, without paying admission. You must pay the admission fee if you wish to access to the upper levels of the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre, which includes many fantastic displays and two feature films about the slide.
The Frank Slide Interpretive Centre is open daily, year round: Summer Hours - July 1 through Labour Day (9:00 am to 6:00 pm); Hours for the remainder of the year (10:00 am to 5:00 pm); Closed: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day & Easter Sunday.
Logging Requirements
To log this cache, you must sign the Guest Book. A photo of you at the guestbook, or inside the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre, is appreciated but not required. Free Wi-Fi is available, so why note post your log and upload a photo during your visit. If you arrive and find the building is closed, you may log a find if you post two photos in your “Found It” log:1) A photo which shows you or your GPSr in front of the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre.
2) A photo which clearly shows the building to be closed (i.e. a view through a window showing the inside of the building is closed).
