Description EN

If you have a stamp, please stamp it in the log book along with the date, your GeoName and/or comments. Use the stamp in the cache to stamp your personal logbook.  If you don't have a stamp, but have personal stickers, you can use that.

Please return stamp pad to the cache upside down so that the ink stays on the surface when you need it. Seall all bags well.

Rehide the best you can to prevent muggle attacks. This cache is located in Villa West Park. Located on Bryan's west side, on Villa Maria Ave. and adjacent to Mary Branch Elementary School. This park packs a lot of activities into a small space. It is a great place for family gatherings, picnics, and large events. A large picnic pavilion and ten picnic tables with BBQ grills are available. Also in the park are tennis courts, a covered and lighted basketball court, a lighted sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, two covered playground units, a covered and lighted outdoor classroom amphitheater, and practice baseball/softball backstops and soccer goals. There are also 1/2 mile of paved walking paths. (10 acres) There is another cache on the far side of the Park that was hidden by the Brazos Valley Geocachers called "Cache Collective".

Directions:

In Villa West Park, walk toward the basketball court. There will be a concrete pathway behind it. Take the path and head to the left.  Near the south end of the loop, the path will make a 90° turn to the right.  From that point, count the scored marks on the sidewalk and go to the 6th score. Turn to your right and walk 18 steps into the clearing. You will pass on the left side of a small cedar. Just past that is a small oak surrounded by small yaupon shrubs. The box will be at the base of the oak covered by sticks and a thick layer of leaves.  Please be stealthy and rehide well.

If you take a Trackable, be sure to log it online!
