Description EN

The coordinates listed are for the middle of the street so it is not the location unless playing on the double lines is your goal.  Otherwise, you goal is on either side of the coordinates. You can find parking at the second waypoint next to the City Ooffices, Police Department and Library.

There are two small parks in downtown Farmington that serve as memorial parks.  They are across from each other, on either side of the coordinates, separated by Grand River Avnue.  There were no real places to hide a cache so this will be a virtual one, which might be better suited to the nature of the parks anyway.  Weather and time permitting, take some time to wander the parks and to spend time with your own memories.

One of the parks has a war memorial.  You will want to note the year that it was dedicated.  The annual Memorial Day parade ends at this park.

The other park has two names, which you will want to pay attention to.  It likewise has a marker with a year on it that you will also want to make note of.  Residents can plant trees in either park, typically in memory of family.  This park is typically where the memorial trees are planted.  A neighbor planted a tree here in memory of his son whose life was lost in the Twin Towers on 9/11.

To log this find you will need to enter a password.  This is one date followed by the other.  Ladies go first.
