The Mission Historical Museum, Inc. is a private non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of the City of Mission through the operation of the Mission Historical Museum.
The Mission Historical Museum is a non-profit organization whose staff takes pride in their dedication toward the preservation of the unique history and heritage of the City of Mission. At the present time, the museum boasts nine differently themed exhibit rooms along with traveling exhibits that can be seen at the Speer Memorial Library and the City Hall.
Within the first three years of its existence, the Mission Historical Museum has grown from a vacant building to nine exhibit rooms, and with the opening of the old post office building, its expansion and success will continue.
