This is a challenge, so there is no container and there's nothing at the posted coordinates except water.
This is "somewhat" simple. All you have to do is log a cache find on the 11th of each month in 2011. Keep a list going through the year. In December, send me an email with the list - OC Number, Cache Name and Date Found. I will reply with the password to log the find.
Being that this is all about 11's, I'll be nice and let you only have to complete 11 months out of 12.
