Eastland Mall because it is about to SNOW caches.
This is a series of
basic park and grabs around the mall. No two are alike but none should present
a problem to find. You should be able to hunt in relative privacy but be aware
of irregular patrols of the grounds by law enforcement. You should be far
enough away from things that might draw attention to you but lingering
might.
