Just outside the town of Ouray, Colorado. The altitude at the cache site is 14,150. This is a class 4 for both Difficulty and Terrain. Post a picture from the summit. Rough 2WD access to 11,300' from the southeast (Yankee Boy Basin from Ouray).
Rough 4WD access to approx. 12,300' by driving to the Blue Lakes / Sneffels trailhead at the end of the road in Y.B. Basin.
2WD access to 9,300' from the north via East Dallas Creek Road (CR 7). This road leads to the Blue Lakes Trail (NW of Sneffels) and Blaine Basin (NE of Sneffels).
