Description   EN

NOTE : cache is not at the posted coordinates : This is a moving cache and it is on the move.

This is my OCT cache = OpenCaching Travelling cache. It is listed on OpenCaching North America, which is part of the OpenCaching network of geocache listing sites and is not at all related to the failed Garmin site.

I enjoy using a variety of geocaching sites and other related games - besides OpenCaching North America, I also use Terracaching, the Groundspeak site, Waymarking, and AtlasQuest for letterboxing. Each site has its strength, each site offers something unique. I encourage you to branch out and try something different

The Travelling geocache is one of 14 geocache types that can be published on OpenCaching North America; other “grandfathered” cache types that can be published on OCNA include webcam caches and virtual caches. Unique cache types include the guestbook cache, BIT caches, MP3 caches,  dead-drop caches, and challenge geocaches.

This travelling cache will stay with the cache owner. To find the cache, find the owner at geocaching events. He will post notes to the cache page to let others know when the cache will be making appearance (sounds a bit like the OCB).

The difficult rating is based on the limited opportunities to discover and log the cache.

On the the way to the Allegany State Park Geobash

https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC6WW52_asp-geobash-xii

I'll be milling about the event grounds on saturday, at the breakfast on Sunday and camping in Red House or Cain Hollow loops until Tuesday. Probably won't find me at many of the caches, I'm more interested in the letterboxes and benchmarks in ASP.

Look for me if you want to find the OCT!

Here I am: http://www.opencaching.us/viewcache.php?cacheid=2066

1 01 October 2016 Fish Below The Ice Found it

Found it at the BoxON! letterboxing event in Stoney Creek. I've always just missed travelling caches at events I've been to at the other place... nice to be able to find one here.

On it's way to Rockwood for the GHAGAFAP event, Friday and Saturday. Look for the Fleetwood tent trailer in the group camping area, there you will find the cache. There will be a couple OCNA pathtags available in the cache.

Bon Echo visited Geocaching HQ (which I had forgot I refer to my house as) today, and I got to sign the log for this cache, and will log the Geokrety inside. Nice to meet you, and thanks for stopping by and bringing this well done cache!
