I had been here the other day and didn't have much luck---was about to leave this for another day, but then had an errand to run in the vicinity.  Made a short detour and made the grab---this time I saw  it within seconds of arrival---go figure! 

The log was soaked, so I took it to the geomobile, gave it a thorough drying, replaced the baggie, performed some needed field maintenance on the container which I can't describe without providing a spoiler, and the cache is good to go.  Thanks for the "surprise!"

I spotted this one on the ground. It had fallen from it's hiding spot, so I placed it back. GiGi and JoJo warned me of the possible surprise so that I wouldn't be scared.
