Stopped by to check on the cache and found it missing. I always carry a spare in the cachemobile so it was back up and running lickety-split. Come and get your out-of-normal-site-geocaching experience!

Found this one after grabbing a nearby hide to fill a calendar day. Most folks would expect this to be standard fare, but lo and behold: a bonus goody was in the container. Nicely done - TFTC!

I love historic sites like this; the ones you can really explore. Found the cache no problem in the much-needed shade. The farm cats were wandering and lazing about as I signed, and families were picnicking and playing by the lake.

After the find, we took a walk around the farm itself and I marveled at every detail, from the simplicity of the blacksmith shop to the shape of the doors in the carraigehouse.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to find an opencache! They're few and far between here, but just as fun as any other. :)

I went on an all day alternate site caching trip with DudleyGrunt today. I found 10 caches on the Opencaching.US site, 6 on the Groundspeak site, 3 on the Opencaching.com site, 2 on the Terracaching site and one on the Navicaching site. I even dropped off a geokret. DG and I have done several of these kinds of trips and have another planned later in the month. Most of the alternate site caches will be used for the contest currently being held on the Opencaching.US site.

This was a very nice location and we chatted with a couple of the ladies here before continuing on with the Terracache that was also located here. Thanks for the fun and the caches on the alternate sites. TNLN TFTC

Found this with the usual suspects, $pyker907 and bepbeast10, before fishing in the nearby pond. We had no luck fishing, but this area of the park is quite beautiful with the farm, arboretum, and pond!
