A cache in the OpenCaching Cemetery Directory (OCD) Series. To add a cache to this series, simple follow this naming convention:
OCD State/Province - Cemetery Name (Township or Community Name)
Please provide some detail about the cemetery in your cache description, and please paste this note at the start of the description. Lets see how many states and provinces we can get to go OCD. Please respect any local laws regarding cache placement. If your state or local cemetery does not allow cemetery caches, then don't do it. Please be respectful anytime you are in a cemetery.

Another OCD cache, this time in one of the few cemeteries in the Killarney area. Not too many geocaches in this area, which was only accessible by water or air until about 50 years ago when the highway was built.
This is one of three cemeteries in the area. The following is from the Municipality of Killarney’s website:
All Saints Cemetery, 1003 Highway 637, east of the Village of Killarney
This cemetery is in a wooded area about 6 kilometres east of Killarney village. It was established by the Municipality in the mid-1980s. Full lot and cremation burials are allowed.
I checked the by-laws and found no objections to geocaching or related in the cemetery. Although I did find this well-worded statement that I may include on all of my OCD caches:
Visitors to the Cemetery are reminded that this Cemetery is sacredly devoted to the burial of the dead, and that a strict observance of the decorum which should characterize such a place will be required on the part of all.
The cache is not located in the active portion of the cemetery (something I try to avoid doing for several reasons including respect for those interned there and for their families), but across the laneway in the red pine plantation. The cache is a micro tube, bigger than a bison. It’s hidden ~6' up on a large red pine and should be easy to spot. It's about 10 feet in from the edge of the laneway.
