Many people come out to Tower Rock Conservation Area and are so struck by Grand Tower Island, that big rock column sticking up out of the river that they nver seem to notice the overlook available for viewing the tower and the river from the bluff above.
This cach will take you to the observation platform on the bluf above the Mississiooi and the Grand Tower Island. The view from that platform is simply stunning.
