This cache is located in a county park. There is a vehicle entrance fee. If you want to walk or bike in it is free. You can get to the vicinity of the coordinates by using park trails. You may want to time this cache for the late afternoon. When it gets dark you can do the excellent "Glow in the Dark" cache, which is located in the same park.
