This webcam is hosted by the Maryland Science Center in Baltimore.

Aw, who cares if the picture is recognizable or not? One way around that issue that I've seen at other webcam caches is to specify the the person must stand in a specific spot that is unusual or make an unusual arm gesture. Or you could make it really tough and require them to sail a boat past the camera like we did!

Archiving since the camera really doesn't allow for a recognizable pic of the finder. Researching other webcam options.

FTF 11:16 AM. This one has been on my to do list for a while. Finally decided to get over there and do it. I spoke with the CO a few days ago, since the camera moved and it was going to be difficult recognizing anyone in the photo. I said I would wear my tie dye shirt over my jacket and the CO said to stand in the grass.

Well I did both, but you still can't even tell I'm wearing the tie dye shirt. Check out photo.
