This benchmark is well marked with a witness pole about 20 some feet to the south at the head of a paved parking slot. If you have not done survey markers before this one is a good starter. No physical log to worry about... no container to return, etc.
Now for your surroundings... This is located in a business/industrial plaza parking lot. Right in front of business store fronts. I toggled the stealth attribute as a precaution. I would highly recommend after normal business hours, weekends and holidays. Roadway passersby most likely will be oblivious to you. However, during weekday business hours could pose a major exposure issue and the inquiry of... Why are you poking around behind parked vehicles? Unless... you are a master of disguise! Say a utility or surveyor look alike Hmmm... just a thought. 
All righty then... Now to log this on the site you will need a password. Just turn around and look back at the witness pole. Look down a bit. Use the painted word on the curb at the head of the parking slot.
