OCNA Webmaster here. I was in downtown Philly today, but traffic sucked (even on a Saturday), and I just didn't have time to stop for this one, and would have had to park about a mile away. Thanks for creating this virtual on our site though!

I found this on a recent visit to Philadelphia.  I was running around the steps with my hands in the air humming the theme to Rocky.  Of course my kids said, "Rocky Who?" when I mentioned the movie scene.  Anyone born in the 80's ever see this show? Many thanks to the CO for the quick responses to my emails.  Thanks
