Description   EN

This cache can be a stand alone cache or part of the planetary trail that I have created over the years. You will be seeking the marker for the planet Mercury. The BIT is located directly across the trail on the telephone pole marked with the number: 126763.

The B&A Trail is a park and is open from dawn to dusk (notice the limited hour attribute). Wink

The B&A Trail is about 14 miles long and paved with asphalt. It parallels MD Route 2 most of its length. There is a connector at the northern end to put you on the BWI Trail which circles BWI Airport. The B&A Trail is a very popular trail for walkers, runners, inline skating and bicycling. I walk/run a portion of it for exercise starting at the Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie.

Parking is available very near the cache location. Remember to bring a camera or something to write with.

You must physically visit this location to take credit for this cache.

The confimation code is at the bottom of the BIT cache itself. It may be easier to take a photo of it. Please do not try to remove it. Thanks!

This one is still here and in good shape.

Finally made it over to log the CO's 3 new solar system Bit Caches. This is a great series that spotlights a little know "attraction" in Glen Burnie.

I'll generally try to leave the cache available for someone who isn't an OCNA admin to make the FTF, but it's been a little longer than I usually wait. Besides, Astronut had a chance at it when he found Ceres.

No problems with the cache.

Thanks and Happy Trails!
