Description   EN

As the banner says, if you qualify, you can log it. All OCNA Challenge caches are locationless type, arranged as Geo-Art in The Gulf of Mexico. They are all "unknown" (?) caches, owned by a special Admin account, OCNAChallenges. Do you have an idea for one? Feel free to contact us.

I get around (Hider level 1): Hide OCNA Caches in 5 different States or Provinces. People have pretty much had the "no vacation caches" rule on Geocaching.com burned into their memory over the years, but here at OCNA, we accept two of their grandfathered cache types (Virtuals and webcams) that are suitable for "vacation cache" placements. In addition to that, two of our unique cache types not found on any other site are suitable as well; Guestbook Caches and BIT Caches. A few of our users own machine laminated BIT's hundreds of miles from home. Additionally, hosting events counts.

Verification: Please post your qualifying hides with your log, preferably in the http://coord.eu/OUXXXX format, and also keep in mind you can link to cache pages using our cache log editor, although is not mandatory. To see if you qualify, you can just look through your list of hides in your profile. It is also possible to do a  "my hides pocket query" on our site!  (follow these instructions, but substitute your hidden caches, rather than your finds ) and that .gpx file is easily imported into GSAK, or any similar stats program. We recommend a "gpx gc" file, and we also recommend GeoGet as a free alternative to GSAK, should you not be a paid full version user of GSAK.

## ** In preparing for this find, I was surprised to see I'm #1 for "active" hides in Virginia with 13, although technically my 5 nested moving caches are currently in North Carolina. The list for NC has me at #5, with 8 hides. To qualify for this challenge I've now hidden in 3 more states/districts: 2 webcam hides in MD, 1 in DC, and 2 virtuals in SC. Hide OU codes include: OU0AE0, OU0AE2, and OU0AE3. ** ##

### **Thanks, OCNAChallenges, for setting this up!** ###

1 08 August 2015 Bon Echo Found it

Until recently I had a small number of OCNA listing around Ontario. But after a recent road trips covering 12 states and 4 additional provinces, I should be able to add to this. Today I posted  10 guestbook caches covering 5 provinces and 3 states. Including (as best as I can tell) the first ever OCNA caches listing in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. And there's more to come.

Here's 5 Canadian listings as qualifiers:

Sparwood Visitor Centre Guest Book Cache - OU08B3 - British Columbia

Frank Slide Interpretive Centre Guest Book Cache - OU08B1 - Alberta

Lashburn Centennial Museum Guest Book Cache - OU08AE - Saskatchewan

Swan Valley Tourism Information Centre Guest Book Cache - OU08AC - Manitoba

St. Catharines Museum & Welland Canals Centre Guest Book - OU08AA - Ontario

I guess I need to travel east now to fill in the other 5 provinces....
