The facility nearby has been vacant for some time now. It is surprising that it has not been purchased and re-opened. I guess the economy has been the cause.
I found a way to magnetically attach something to a concrete structure. Use care when replacing. The access door is not magnetic. BUT..... Someone trimmed the bushes to the extent that the cache went missing. I have replaced it with a small container zip-tied to a low limb
