Parking is very difficult. Be alert for traffic when retrieving the cache. If streets have been recently plowed it might be tough to retrieve the cache.
We've long been intrigued by the Milford and Manchester Railroad that was only in use for a few short years.
This cache is placed at the site of the old railroad bed in Bedford, NH as it heads north .
This cache won't bring you to a wonderful location in the woods nor is it an interesting cache hide but it will bring you to the old railroad bed. Nashua Road crossed the railroad at this point and depending upon which side of the road you go to you can see the old embankment to the north or the old railroad bed stretching south.
This road gets a lot of traffic and there isn't a wide shoulder so please be careful when retrieving the cache. Given the amount of traffic you might need to time your retrieval of the cache appropriately as well.
Please put the cache back carefully where you found it.
