Description   EN

This cache is located in Shiawassee Park in Farmington, Michigan.  This city park closes at 10:00 PM.  There are three parking lots.  The most convenient parking lot to the cache is the one located off Shiawassee Road near Farmington Road.  This is the parking lot nearest to the children's play area and the bathrooms.

My children asked me to put a second cache in our neighborhood park.  It should be big enough to support two caches.  It also gave me a chance to try out our first micro cache.  It is a camo painted match holder.  Please bring your own pencil or pen.  This cache is in a visible area of the park so be watchful.

This will still be accessible after a little snow.  It will be a more challenging if there has been enough snow.

I checked on this today. The stump has rotted away at much faster than expected rate. The cache has "washed away", one way or another. I will have to archive this cache.

I was out today for a bunch of caching and benchmarking.  Looked at one spot then the correct one.  Had light snow falling on and off through out this cold and windy day.  TNLN  TFTC
