The cache is a small plastic container with a log book, pencil, and some take aways, and it is in a zip lock baggie.
This is outside the restricted entry gate and fence. No entry to the restricted area is needed. You can get a feel for how big these things are. You can also look down on Oliver Springs and Oak Ridge.
This is within the area of the OHV/ATV riding area requiring a land use permit and a permit fee of about $18 per day. The land owner has approved the placement of this and other caches in the area.
