Please see the attributes article for more information.

Description   EN

Originally placed by cycleangela.

There are plenty of thorns on your way in, depending on which way you go. There is a trail, but finding it is the hard part. You may want to wear long pants and bug spray (the latter especially during spring and summer). You may also want to bring a bag with you. There is lots of trash near the stream that the fishermen leave behind.

Now that the formalities are out of the way, we can get to the good stuff. The cache container is a small lock and lock container, with a log book and pencil, but you still may want to bring your own pen just in case.

Lady as a puppy

The story of the Lady Bug starts back in June of 1994. Lady was a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mixed breed dog that was dropped off at our house at the precious age of two weeks. She was my first dog, and the dog to compare any future dog to (please don't tell Princess that, though!). As we moved around while I was growing up, she faithfully followed my family and I around. When I went off to college, my family protested when I wanted to take her with me. She was well loved even after she left us on December 26, 2009.

PIcking up my son from a Boy Scout campout and this was the closest cache...had to go find it! Took us a while, even with the hint.

3127 / 67.  I arrived at GZ a little beofore sunset and found myself waiting longer than I'd thought for dark.  Texted the CO just to mention I was there.  She advised me that this was no longer a "Night Time Only Cache".  Looked around for a few minutes, made the find and had a seat, while I signed the log book.

Using this for NativTxn's "Diversified Cacher" contest item #10.

Thanks and Happy Trails!

Laughing FTF Laughing 6:45 PM. Co-FTF with ozzy1602 and his crew. I first saw this post on another website and rushed out to get it before it was posted here. To my delight, it popped up in my In Box as an OCUS cache.

This is my 90th OCUS cache find. Wonder what #100 will be?

When I saw this I decided to give ozzy1602 a call as I knew he lives nearby. Turns out he didn't know, so we decided to meet up there. We made the find without any trouble and fortunately I was the finder and got my pick of the FTF prizes. So you know what I took. The coin! TFTC

FWIW, we saw the beta tester name and signed on that side, oops. Embarassed So we just removed the FTF sheet from the opposite side of the logbook.
