Built around 1873 by Lewis F. Allen, this Victorian summer farmhouse is located in the Beaver Island State Park. President Grover Cleveland, nephew of Allen’s wife, frequently visited the farmhouse. Today, it serves as the headquarters and museum of the Grand Island Historical Society. It has been refurbished and is now dedicated to Grand Island’s rich history and to preserving Grover Cleveland’s connections to the farmhouse.
