This cache will lead you to a structure which startled me for some time. After a closer look I wondered if I could use it for a cache. At about the same time I also looked for a place for a cache which would at least remotely deserve this name. It turned out to be quite difficult to find such a place near Baton Rouge. If you suffer from severe acrophobia, you will probably have a problem with this cache. Other phobias might also come into your way, but you will see that for yourself.
The real terrain rating of this cache will depend heavily on the weather and the water level of the Mississippi. It can range from about three to five. I strongly advice to attempt this cache only when you can get to 'it' without getting your feet wet. Stealth might also be necessary on certain times of the day, especially in good weather. But compared to a lot of other caches in town, this will be the least of your problems. Attempting this cache not alone is a good idea. Please be careful and know your limits.
