This box is a kid friendly box - intended as an introduction to letterboxing and geocaching.
It includes a map and directions to follow!
The coordinates alone will not take you to this box.
You must follow the directions and use the map.
There are several other boxes on & near this trail so it can be a perfect place to begin your adventure.
BikeMan - John 4:24 Letterbox
1. Go to the Trail Kiosk. There is a large MAP for you there!

2. Find where you are on the map !
3. Face North on Goshen Trail; use the right hand lane !
4. From your spot in the right lane next to the Kiosk,
take 57 strides North !
( a Stride is one long step ~ about 2' to 2.5' for most adults.)
5. At your 57th stride you will see the Triplets on the left;
with rocks at their feet and green hair in the summer.
6. Head North for 53 more strides & turn WEST.
7. Cross the trail, watching for oncoming bicycle traffic.
8. In the woods you will find an abandoned treehouse.
It has been there for a long time - before the bike trail was here !
I know because I saw it when it was new and when this trail was just an Old Railroad Track!
9. Look around.
An old shirt was left here and the tree has grown around it.
Please don't disturb the abandoned tree house or the items left here. Lets keep it fun for the next people to find!
10. Look around for the hidden box, you should be able to reach it without climbing onto the rotten deck of the tree house.
11. Congratulations! You found it ! Now bring the box to the bank of the biketrail to open it.
12. Once done, please put it back the way you found it...covered up on the beam to keep it from falling.
