Kootenay Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre Guest Book Cache

This OpenCaching North America Guest Book Cache is located inside Kootenay Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre near Cranbrook, British Columbia:

4522 Fenwick Road, Fort Steele, B.C., V0B 1N0

The posted coordinates will bring you to the main visitor entrance to the Kootenay Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre. The guestbook is directly inside the main entrance.

Admission to the Kootenay Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre is free and donations are accepted. Visitor Centre Drop-in: Daily, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Mountain Time). Visitor Centre Tours: May through August, 9:30am - 3:30pm (Mountain Time). Hatchery: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm (Mountain Time). Logging Requirements

To log this cache, you must sign the Guest Book. A photo of you at the guestbook, or inside the Kootenay Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre, is appreciated but not required.

If you arrive and find the Kootenay Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre to be closed, you may log a find if you post two photos in your “Found It” log:

1) A photo which shows you or you GPSr in front of the Kootenay Trout Hatchery and Visitor Centre. 2) A photo which clearly shows the building to be closed (i.e. a view through a window showing the inside of the building is closed).
