Visited Federal Hill, this morning. Got a good, free parking space, even. Spent about 30-45 minutes at GZ. Found what I am 99% sure that is the cache, but simply could not retrieve it in any way that wouldn't attract undue attention. I could grab it, but it was lodged and simply wouldn't be removed. I'll need to figure time when I can get by without many muggles around. Don't know when that'll be.

Smile FTF Smile 8:22 AM. I made a rookie mistake by misunderstanding the description page. The CO was kind enough to reply quickly with an explanation about the misunderstanding. I went back this morning on my way to Atlantic City. It was an easy find (although a little tough to extract).

I have been to this park on several occassions. The view from here on a nice day is just amazing. Thanks for bringing me back. TNLN TFTC

I logged caches on the OCUS, groundspeak, terracaching and navicaching sites today. I'm not sure, but that may be the first time on all four site on the same day for me (although this one covered two of them).

I don't know what to think about this one. The difficulty for this one should be higher for the muggle factor alone. I spent more than 45 minutes on this endeavor. I searched everything within 100 feet and could not make the find. If this was meant to be an offset cache, then some information in what to do should be included. I'll keep an eye on this and will return.
