Yes I was quite surprised to find out we were caching before golfing instead of the other way around. I too have never been in the opera house, and likely never will since I'm not very cultured. 
And yes, my GPS was taking forever to get a signal. But it would be unsafe to drive and operate it at the same time so that's my excuse. I walked right past the BIT at first but quickly turned around and spotted it. TFTC.
