You are just above the spillway of the lower lake where it flowes back into the creek. There is a paved drive all the way to this cache before the trails start. There are a lot of mugglers about so please use stealth when looking and signing the finds. The park people are nice and love to talk. This was where Sanford got all of its dricking water back 30+ years ago. You will think you are in the mountains. Please take care of the cache for future Opencachers. Thanks
