Lamar Park is plentiful with miles of paved walking/bike paths and large wide open green spaces perfect for setting up a volleyball net or playing a game of football with friends. A pier looks out over a serene pond that has cattails growing in the distance.
There are several small parking areas to park at.Distance from parking to the cache will be anywhere from 800 to over 2000 feet depending on where you park.
The cache is a small camoed tin with a logsheet only. You should have no trouble finding ground zero. The cache doesn't recquire any climbing.
