Description EN

This cache has been listed on the groundspeak since August 2014 and earned 22 favourite points in one year (as of Sept 2017 it has 57 FPs and growing). I'm not big of cross-listing caches, but this one has so much positive feedback and can't easily be reproduced. Why let users of one site only have all the fun? If you use both sites, you can choose to log the find on either site, on on both.

PLEASE NOTE: You must sign the logsheet inside the cache to claim the find. Any Found It logs not supported by a signature on the physical logsheet may be deleted.

Another cache placed along one of the best trails in Hamilton. For this cache you will need a special tool - there are (at least) two which will work to accomplish the task. Based on the descriptions below, you will need to determine what tool(s) to bring. Neither method is difficult, or unusual. This is a single cache, at a single location (the posted coordinates). Finding the cache is easy, but retrieving it might be trickier.

A detour presents teams with two tasks, each with its pros and cons. In this detour, teams must choose between two tasks synonymous with life along the water: FISH It or FLOAT It.

In FISH It, teams can retrieve the geocache by fishing it up from it hiding place. They must bring their own "special tool" to accomplish this. Team that are RIGID enough and stick to the task LONG enough may quickly be rewarded with a cache find. But if they bring a tool which lacks ATTRACTION, they might find themselves ... without a bite

In FLOAT It, teams can use water to float the geocache up for the retrieval. Water for this task is readily available nearby, but teams without ENOUGH HANDS and ENOUGH WATER to complete the task may find themselves...sunk.

The cache is a small clear plastic tube, and contains only a logsheet. Please bring your own pen, and replace cache exactly as found (with the top of the cache facing up). The cache is located within a meter or two from the trail, which can be very busy at times. Good luck going undetected. The cache should do fine as long as no one see you when you pull it out, or drop it back in. We tested retrieving the cache using both of the "intended" methods. Both ways can be tricky, and one is a bit more fun that the other.

Please mention in your online log whether you chose to Fish It or Float It (or if you found some other way to retrieve the cache). But please do not give specific details of what you did; that'll just spoil the fun for the next finders.
