This cache is part of my Sandwich, MA series of caches that make up my Girl Scout Gold Award project. The GPS coordinates listed in the details above take you right to the cemetery. To find the cemetery, you park along Quaker Meetinghouse Road in Sandwich (limited parking) by a gate that leads to a big field. Here are the GPS coordinates to find the parking area (N 41 41.94168, W 70 29.26332). Park, walk around the gate, enter the field and walk along the right side of the field, about 3/4 of the way down, until you reach the GPS coordinates for the cemetery. It is a short walk off the road and the cemetery is on the right.
Easy to find near the historic marker at the cemetery entrance, this cache is labeled unknown because it is a plant stake with a QR code. Download the i-inigma QR code reading app to your smartphone (free for both Android and iPhone) to scan the QR code for information on the cache location.
To log this cache, you must use a password. The password can be found by scanning the QR code on the plant stake.
