This cache was originally hidden on Dec 10, 2012. It was listed on the Garmin Opencaching website. I completly forgot about this listing until I found the gpx file earlier today (Dec 30, 2017). Five years since I was last there - wondered if the cache would still be there. Headed out to check and not only did we find the cache, but also discovered that the cache was found as recently as Feb 2017!
Here is the original description from the Garmin site:This is the 11 OX-exclusive cache I've hidden this month (12/12). I needed to list 10 in order to earn the Skilled Hider 10 pathtag. I'm throwing in one extra, just for good measure.Cache is a small camo'd juice bottle (plastic), hidden low in a hawthorn-type tree, south-side of the path. There is parking for a few cars on 2nd Rd E.
The cache has been found 3 times, although it was only logged once on Garmin's site:Date 2013-06-02 | Finder id="1293" dfx | Somehow I still had this on my GPS. It's still there and even has some past signatures in the log. It's in good condition.
The cache was first found on Jan 27, 2013 by SOURKRAUT007 who kindly left a key, a keytag, and a plastic dinosaur in the cache. It was also found on Feb 28, 2017 by JSSV.
I left the original logsheet in the cache and also added a new OCNA logsheet.
