Located in one of the oldest cities in Canada, historic St John's. The webcam is mounted on the pedestrian bridge over New Gower Street and is aimed towards the Compass Rose, which marks the start of the Trans Canada Highway.
To log this cache, go to the posted coordinates, pull up the following webpage, wait until you get a clear shot of you at the coordinates, and take a screenshot. You must include a screenshot of you, taken from the webcam, with your Found It log. Regular photos are nice but a webcam screenshot must be included. Please wave for the camera - helps to distinguish a geocacher from a muggle just walking down the street. Here's a photo from my visit to Mile 0 - I am waving at the camera (and other person is a muggle). The posted coordinates are for the area near the Compass Rose (where I am standing), but you might choose to stand somewhere closer to the webcam.
