The puzzle is a story in the style of the Choose Your Own Adventure books from the 1980s and 1990s. If you were a kid during those decades, there's a good chance you read a few of these books. If you aren't familiar with these books, don't fret, this puzzle is not difficult and does not require that you have ever read one of these books.
The cache is a small pill bottle with just enough room for a log and some tiny swag. BYOP. I stuffed as much as I could into the container, including a TB.
