Opis EN

This camo'd tube cache was placed at the entrance to one of our Native Plant Society of Texas members' property and is home to one of the few remaining native Texas prairies and some love old Live Oaks. Parts of the land have never been plowed which is rare attribute indeed.  We had a tour of the plant species one Sunday afternoon and Charlotte was happy to have a cache out here.

We would like to know where visitors are from.  Please include your city and state (or country) in your log or just stop in and say Howdy. The container is big enough for tiny swag, Pathtags, etc.

From their website:

Having been owned and farmed by the same family for over 100 years, Quebe Farm has been designated a Family Land Heritage Farm by the Texas Department of Agriculture.

The farm has been lovingly restored and maintained with the help of my husband, Bill von Rosenberg, who is an architect. Our daughter Alex, who represents our family’s fifth generation on the farm, shares my interest in native plants, conservation and hospitality.

Quebe Farm is in its sixth year of a Wildlife Management Plan. Our mission is to restore and maintain habitat for native species of mammals, birds, butterflies and plants using sustainable agricultural practices.

Congrats to AgNav for the FTF!
