Another small natural area in Pullman very few people know about. The Petry Natural Area was dedicated in June of 2004. The land was donated to the city by Glenn and Melodie Petry. The peaceful grove of trees and the old homestead site make this a very nice area. There are benches, picnic tables, and trash cans available.
Park at the listed parking coords and follow the bike path down to the Petry Natural Area. You will be looking for an ammo can at a unique area just off the beaten path. Please place the ammo can back so it is as out of sight as possible. EDIT 5/13/20: Cache is now a magnetic key holder.
