The old librarian, Mrs. Timmerman, sat at her desk. These days, with the internet, few children checked out books. She wondered what would become of her lovely library after she was gone. Earlier that day, she wandered the halls collecting little items so that future visitors would remember the only job she has ever had. She gently put these little treasures in a small container.
After flipping the light at the top of the staircase, she held the handrail and slowly worked her foot to the edge of the first stair to begin her descent into the musty library basement.
In a quiet little corner, she brushed away some cobwebs and gently set down her container. Now it's up to you to find it and prove to Mrs. Timmerman that there's still a place for libraries in the Internet World.
