There's an old legend going around of a Barefoot Cowboy who wrangles the cows in these parts. Apparently he met up with some other cowboys in the winter years ago and while they were all wearing tall boots he showed up barefoot and the legend begun. There is a chance you'll see the barefoot cowboy out working from this amazing view. With how far the views go in every direction you may even see a UFO or two.
The barefoot cowboy has graciously given me permission to hide this cache here but has asked that you park at the road below and hike in. It's about a half mile roundtrip so prepare for a fun short hike with some rewarding views at the end. Please respect the area and do not drive off of the road.
Cache is along a steep ledge, you'll be want to be on the top side not down below to make this find. Check out the spoiler pic for a little extra help if needed. Cell service is spotty out here so plan ahead.
