The Cache is not at the posted coordinates!
This cache is the reward for capturing "The Flag" (Trackable TB47MDF). In other worlds it is said Black Thirteen can transport you between worlds, (Trackable "Black Thirteen" GK1367C). In order to log this you must find the "flag" (trackable) to learn the coordinates to the cache base. Keep a watch on the trackable, when it drops in a cache be the first to capture it. Take it to the Jake Chambers Base and sign the log. Then drop the flag (trackable) in another cache so the next seeker can find it. Please keep this trackable in Southeastern Wisconsin within a 20 mile radius of this puzzle cache.
