I "accepted" the cache. We do not "publish" here, we accept. Clearly hidden by a district employee, as the subtitle of the cache name is "Welcome to our Headquarters". Which was actually a deciding factor in me accepting it. I'm fine with it. Lets be honest, we have very few users in California, could sit there for a long time before being found, and won't be found too much.

This also looks extremely close to a school, whether it be the School District "facilities" or not -- Google Earth shows it just down the street. No caches should be hidden anywhere near schools.
