DOH!  How did I forget to log this on the 15th?  Found with CO after completing the Groundspeak version of the Volksmarching trail and another cache near by.  Just noticed when I was looking at the republished version of the trail.

I don't think it was yet published, so we'll call it a Beta Test find.  Actual First to Find goes to Astronut42.
