We made the trip from IC to Dubuque to ride the Heritage Trail and saw there was still a possibility of a FTF on this cache. We found this very similar to a terracache, even had a CC code although it was saturated and hard to read. We removed the soaked contents and replaced with a bagged log. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to experience something new.
