If you want to find this BiT cache as well as some outstanding frozen dessert, disregard the posted coordinates (which will only take you to a basketball court next to a school) and proceed instead to N30-38.666  W096-21.023, which is where the cache really is. That's what I did, and I enjoyed both the cache and the treat.

We enjoyed finding your Bit Cache today inspite of the weather. We have been here before but for another reason.  TFTC!

In CS this afternoon grabbing caches.  The posted coordinates took me to the middle of a school yard. I remember the reference to a yogurt store so as we got back to the main road the mrs. spotted the sign. We had to come back by the store a second time because of the number of muggles on the first visit. TFTC.

*FTF* at 6:55 pm.  Love this place! Thanks for adding a new OCUS cache here and publishing it on the 1-year anniversary of OCUS.  Nice to have an establishment run by a fellow geocacher.  Best of luck with it!  I love all the charity and sustainability work.
