I have had this on my radar for a while, and finally had the chance today to get by here. This is a really good hide.
The location was empty of people this afternoon, but some of the last visitors left their beer cans and whiskey bottles on the ground by the picnic tables. It must have been a good party for them.
It is amazing how the trees refused to be choked by the lights and their wires. Interesting history on the marker, too. Thanks for the reason to visit this little park.
ETA: I used the coords from the Big Green cache listing site. Have they been updated here?
