I know how cycleangela missed it. It was my fault. 
The park crew recently replaced the old wooden signs with new metal ones and I had to replace the Bit Cache. For whatever reason the new metal marker was placed further up the trail than the old marker.
Although I replaced the cache, I forgot to update the coordinates.
Hopefully they're much better now, plus I updated the hint as well.
