What a cool statue! I always wondered how this city got its name, and I was pleased to meet this interesting gentleman! In traveling the short distance to the additional waypoint, I interrupted a young couple involved in an activity not involving caching. I quickly excused myself (It was indeed a picturesque spot for that kind of activity) and then found the area I needed to search. Some interesting info there---This was my ninth find of this neat series.
