It was fun to see 4 hides on the map in the area, and Pleasant Gardens looks like a nice little town. Enjoyed the short side trip. Passing through Mount Pleasant a little later, we wondered how many municipalities in the world have Pleasant in their names. Not sure why it took so long to notice these hides just a little off one of our usual Interstate travel routes.
It may be politically incorrect to mention Hiroshima and Nagasaki so soon after the Tokyo Olympics, but on August 6 and 9, they do come to mind, especially when visiting a Veterans Memorial on the 9th as we did. Thanks for the hide, DGrunt!
A few photos will be uploaded after this log, assuming the system doesn't time out too many times. Unfortunately it often does for me.
