We choose this location due
to the sculpture which was created by grampa. Many people dont know
that this was created from the old stop lights that once lined
Washington st. before the renovation a few years ago. Each pillar weighs
about 2000 lbs and each pendulum is about 300 lbs. It took a while to
find the proper location but now it stands here waving over the river.
